These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to all bookings, stays, and services offered through casacaracolibiza.com.

5. Usage Guidelines and House Rules
5.1 Conduct During Your Stay
To ensure that all guests enjoy a comfortable stay, the following rules apply:
Parties and events are not permitted if they disturb neighbors or other guests.
Only persons registered in the booking are allowed to stay in the accommodation.
The maximum occupancy specified in the booking must not be exceeded.
Commercial use of the property is only permitted with prior written approval.
Pets are generally not allowed unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
The accommodation must be left in a tidy condition. Excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees or penalties of up to €300 plus VAT.
5.2 Additional House Rules
Certain accommodations may have additional rules, such as waste separation or pool usage guidelines. Guests must comply with all property specific instructions provided on site or online.

Applicable local taxes, tourism taxes, or government imposed fees may be charged separately where required by law.

We are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events, severe weather, power outages, vandalism, burglary, or theft.

Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to valuables.
10. Cancellation and Termination
10.1 Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation:
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival may be charged the full booking amount.
10.2 Third Party Booking Platforms
For bookings made through third party platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, or Vrbo, the cancellation policies of the respective platform also apply.
10.3 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate bookings immediately in cases of serious violations of these Terms and Conditions, unlawful behavior, or significant disturbance to neighbors or other guests.
11. Intellectual Property and Data Protection
11.1 Website Use
Users are granted a limited, non transferable right to use our website solely for lawful booking and informational purposes.
11.2 Copyright
All website content, images, branding, software, and documentation remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
